IFA network and support services firm the Tenet Group has found a new way to train its members on key regulatory reforms through the use of video presentations.
Members of the group – which now has seven different divisions made up of IFA networks and direct authorisation support services – attending recent roadshows were asked to take a test after watching an video presentations produced in-house explaining how to use the depolarisation charges menu.
