Dubai recognised for family office initiative

The Dubai International Finance Centre won the Best Government Initiative award for the initiative which defines a family office in a legal capacity for the first time. The judges commented: “This initiative will better manage the financial planning and succession issues of large family-owned enterprises in the United Arab Emirates and the region.
