Friends Provident International is to offer the Aliquot Precious Metals fund through its mirror fund range. The fund, run by Castlestone Management, gives exposure to physical gold bullion, silver and platinum. It does not use equities, futures, options, warrants, or leverage, and its managers say because of this it can provide a hedge against falling markets in traditional asset classes such as equities and bonds.
