Friends Provident International has added the FPIL Glanmore Property Fund to its mirror fund range. The fund's objective is to provide investors with a means of participating in the higher-yielding sector of the UK commercial property market. The strategy for the fund is to hold 70% of assets in good-quality properties that are high-yielding commercial buildings let on lease to good class tenants.
