Bank of Ireland Offshore (BOIO) chief executive Roly Alden stepped down from his post last month after more than six years at the helm. He will continue to serve as a non-executive director of the company and is succeeded by Michael McKay, who was appointed chief operating officer of Bank of Ireland in January this year.
