AEGON buys Positive Solutions

AEGON UK has purchased a 60% stake in the national business advisory business of Positive solutions (Financial Services), with the option to buy the remaining 40% by 2006. Positive Solutions, headquartered in Newcastle, is the fourth IFA purchase for AEGON, along with Wentworth Rose, Advisory and Brokerage services and Momentum, all acquired earlier this year.
