Liverpool Victoria has added a series of enhancements to its point of sale software system for intermediaries. The system, an updated version, was originally launched last May and now enables intermediaries to complete a fact-find within 75 minutes. Liverpool Victoria has also added a facility enabling the automatic production of a suitability letter to clients, cutting down on the administrative burden placed on intermediaries.
