Branding itself as a ‘thoughtful investor’, Castlefield has worked to become fully integrated after operating as four separate businesses, founder and chair John Eckersley and head of client management Matt Ralph tell Professional Adviser.
Castlefield founder and chair John Eckersley set up Castlefield in 2002. Before that, he joined the group executive committee of Brown Shipley, following its acquisition of Henry Cooke Group, of which he was an executive director and head of fund management. In its early phase, Castlefield operated within a larger structure.
