Finura eyes hiring more advisers amid recruitment 'challenge'

Firm also looks to appoint more female advisers

Finura is aiming to boost its financial adviser recruitment, as it admits hiring the right talent has been a challenge for the firm in 2025.

Speaking to Professional Adviser, Finura co-founder and managing director James Herman said that he wants the firm to be in a position where he is hiring more advisers. "There are a lot of very good people who are starting to feel disillusioned after consolidation and life inside larger organisations," he noted. "For some, big firms simply aren't the right long-term home. "That said, we take a steady, considered approach to recruitment." Herman shared that finding good people can be a challenge.
