There is a hot job market for paraplanners and administrators looking to take the next step, whether that means picking up additional responsibilities or moving into an adviser role.

PA caught up with Antony George Recruitment and The Financial Planning Club co-founder Lewis Byford, who shared his top tips for those looking to secure their next role and stand out from the crowd.
