With upcoming elections both in the UK and US, clients are increasingly asking questions about what this means for them, Arbuthnot Latham wealth planning director Chris Allen says.

The big talking point among most advisers' clients at the moment is the upcoming government elections, Allen told Professional Adviser. "The Labour Party and the potential change of government is a big topic that every client is asking us about a from a legislation point of view." "They are asking when it is going to happen and if Labour gets in, what are they going to do."
