Aviva has had a busy year. Almost every month the insurance giant has announced moves that must have spent a long time in the development pipeline. Take October. Last month, ignoring minor policy tweaks and announcements, Aviva launched a new website for advisers, revamped its critical illness policies, began an expansion into Indonesia and commenced the restructuring of all UK business under one CEO.
