Tom Barnes always wanted to be in what he describes as "a caring profession". He started off his career in physiotherapy in 2008 and is now working as a financial adviser at Barnes Wealth Management - a career he believes allows him to "nurture" his caring side. Barnes' career took an unexpected turn three years ago when he transitioned from physiotherapy to finance.
