Before launching a financial coaching service for members of ethnic minority groups, Maxwell (pictured) was originally working in property investment, after working in the Middle East as a teacher for three years. After coming back to the UK, Maxwell started work at Nova Financial Group, supporting those interested in property investment, including things like student accommodation.
