The coronavirus pandemic forced many of us to rethink how we deal with day-to-day activities and, for advisers, communicating with their clients is a pivotal area of their work. Here, intelliflo’s Nick Eatock speaks to Professional Adviser’s Sophie King about trends the firm has noticed in the past 12 months

From Intelliflo's point of view and analysis of adviser firm use of its technology, digital engagement has hugely increased over the past year. This includes client portal usage as well as the use of DocuSign, which Eatock (pictured) says has been used much more since the pandemic began.
