The good - Operation CHIVE The recent saga surrounding the British Steel Pension Scheme transfers put the advice sector in a less than flattering light. After first taking a hold of the trade press, stories of the tens of thousands of British steelworkers struggling to figure out what to do with their defined benefit (DB) pensions' impending ultimatum cropped up in national newspapers and national broadcasters.
