Insurance Zurich UK Life has poached Sarah Hatcher, head of marketing at AXA Wealth's Architas business, to lead its retail marketing efforts. Hatcher will take up her role at the end of March and will report to James Hill, head of marketing at Zurich UK Life. She previously held marketing roles at Hendersons and New Star Asset Management.
