The benefits of purchasing commercial property with a UK pension scheme are widely known. What is not always clear however, is which pension vehicle is most appropriate? In many cases SIPPs have been used by clients who are directors of limited companies, when a SSAS would have been more suitable. Let's consider the advantages SSAS have over SIPPs in these cases.
