He has managed SLI's Global Equity Unconstrained fund since July 2010 and reports to David Cumming, the group's head of equities. Close Brothers Asset Management has appointed Stephen Packter as business development director for the North East region. Thomas Miller Investment has appointed Tom Richards as head of private investment management (offshore). Richards joins from Maitland.
