Towards the end of last year, as the festive season truly began to get under way, the COVER team decided to conduct a study to establish what intermediaries thought would happen in the protection and health insurance markets over the next 12 months. The survey asked a mixture of both open and closed questions to ascertain the true feelings of the market.
