Close Brothers buys Chartered firm Eos Wealth Management

All 28 staff to join Close Brothers

Close Brothers Asset Management has acquired Chartered financial planning firm Eos Wealth Management.

Eos Wealth Management, based in London with 28 employees, advises on more than £300m client assets. It is focused on high net worth clients in the media and sports industries. The business was founded in 2010 by Sean Scahill, a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, and Peter Kelsey, a Chartered financial planner. All staff will transfer to Close Brothers Asset Management as part of the deal. The price of the acquisition was not disclosed.
