With less than a fortnight to go to the end of the tax year, Professional Adviser caught up with Deepbridge Capital managing partner Ian Warwick to discuss how the EIS and Seed EIS sectors could be of interest to both advisers and their clients

What led you to set up Deepbridge Capital? Deepbridge was founded in 2010 following my return to the UK, having previously worked with technology companies and investors in the States. I realised important lessons learnt in the US - and a remarkable team of industry luminaries - could make the basis of a great proposition to support and fund technology, and life sciences, entrepreneurs and early-stage innovations in the UK.
