Just as temperatures began to cool slightly from the heatwave, this week the advice profession saw more activity from the regulator, with yet more consultations and updates to digest.

As ever, the FCA has not slowed down in releasing its updates, as this week the Professional Adviser newsroom kept up with a steady stream of the regulator's publications. From consultation papers to policy updates and market reviews, it seems like the watchdog is determined to have a clear out before the summer holidays.
