New year, new job. Professional Adviser’s people moves page has been aflutter this week and we’ve seen a series of top changes.

Among those, STEP announced its replacement for outgoing CEO Mark Walley, who is now on gardening leave. Former Lending Standards Board CEO Emma Lovell has stepped into the STEP top job. Former Fairstone Group deputy chair Lee Hartley marked the end of an era with the business he founded back in 2008.  Hartley handed over the Fairstone CEO mantle to Steven Cooper last September and has now stepped down as deputy chair. The former Fairstone boss has launched private capital platform Castrius Capital Partners, with a target of bringing £10bn of funding capacity to the North East over...
