As you may have noticed, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives aren't as fashionable as they used to be. The recently reinstalled leader of the free world doesn't like them, and what he says goes.  Corporate America has been quick to row back on years of progress, with a string of major companies quietly placing DE&I on the back burner or rejecting it at a stroke.
