The gender pension gap is becoming a gender pension chasm. Women are retiring with significantly smaller pension pots than men, a situation that only looks like getting worse without real action. Broadstone's latest figures paint a stark picture. Across all working-age groups, fewer women are contributing to their workplace defined contribution (DC) pensions, and those who do are setting aside less.
