International Women's Day on 8 March always generates a lot of noise about the important role women play within the financial services industry. But celebrating women's achievements and highlighting the often-overlooked impact we've had on today's world shouldn't be confined to just one day of the year, we need to keep the conversation going. That goes for attracting more women into advice too: improving diversity is something that firms should be acting on all year round.
