The choice facing advice firms wanting to review their choice of platform is now wider than ever before. It's not that long since this choice was limited to product provider-hosted services, often with the platform being used as a distribution channel for the provider's own funds. These services came to market on the promise of delivering efficiencies and business improvements to advice firms, as well as improved customer outcomes.
