Women over 50 are now the fastest-growing demographic in the workforce. As a result, a significant proportion of employees will suffer from menopause symptoms.  While much progress has been made in terms of making menopause less of a taboo with celebrities such as Davinia McCall amongst others championing the issue and a government inquiry pushing it further up the HR agenda, research shows that many women affected by menopause still feel unsupported at work.
