In the three years since the launch of the Learning to Ski whitepaper we have seen substantial changes in the equity release market. Products have undergone revision, lenders are getting faster, the pandemic changed a lot of lender and customer thinking, and Altus is currently witnessing first-hand a technology arms race in the origination space that will make it easier for advisers to do business.
