Regular PA columnist Keith Churchouse is about to celebrate 35 years in financial services. As you might expect from a financial planner, he is keen on the review process - not only for clients, but for business and life in general

Some may remember that I wrote my first book, Sign Here, Here and Here! Journey of a Financial Adviser in 2010 to celebrate my 25-year journey through UK retail financial services. There are obviously no prizes for guessing that 2020 is my 35th anniversary in the profession in December. I can expect coral or jade in celebration apparently, neither of which is particularly sustainable, so I will pass.
