Heading into the final days of the 2018/19 ISA season, I would be lying if I said deciphering the investment market was easy. In my two decades in the industry, there have been some years - for example, 2008 - that have been more challenging but, at the moment, we seem to be in a prolonged state of flux where something needs to change for things to move forward. It really is like having your TV on standby all the time.
