Anyone watching any of the coverage of the leaking of the so-called ‘Paradise Papers' last November - and especially anyone working in the offshore platform industry - could have been forgiven for feeling as if the media was drawing parallels with Satan tempting Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. Offshore platforms and the international investment markets in general are focused on investing in the market as opposed to artificial structures for tax avoidance, which was the focus of the Paradise Papers - after all, even the Queen holds investments offshore and there was little or no sugge...
