We've witnessed something of a domino effect in the commercial property fund space since the Brexit vote. Fair value adjustments in the initial few days were followed by first one fund and then another suspending trade to stem outflows. There's not much that's likely to cause more concern among investors than the fear of not being able to access their money and so the tiles tumbled at an alarming rate.
