We are now in the brave new world of pension freedoms and I am sure that opportunities and pitfalls will come to the surface, but meaningful trends may well take a while. In the meantime, there are still enough issues to keep us busy. I am still trying to fully understand some of the implications of the new death benefit rules and how some of them do not appear entirely logical - perhaps I need to think more laterally!
