Sesame's way of winding down the network could lead to hundreds of advisers sleepwalking into a compliance nightmare, according to rival network head Chris Smallwood.

Well, what a carry on! Having run Sesame - one of the largest networks around - into the ground over a number of years, the management team at Sesame Bankhall Group now seem to be forcing ex-Sesame IFAs (sorry, what used to be IFAs until they were forced to become restricted) to move their business. And they've been given to the end of July to do so, with the options: 1. Go to "Bankhall or a preferred partner" (and they'll go easy on you) 2. Feel free to move to another home of your choice - in which case, they'll put a gun to your head, cut off your income streams, demand files...
