Another week has flown by and it has been one of the busiest yet! Chelsea Building Society has some Aviva advisers based in its offices so I went down to visit  them. For two days Jon Benge, an adviser in the Eastcheap office, showed me the ropes. I sat in on client meetings, and it was interesting to hear different opinions clients had on the economy. Coming out of these meetings I had so many questions to ask Jon, like his views on RDR and the impact it would have on his business with regards clients’ willingness to pay fees.
