Diary of a wannabe adviser: Week three

This week I have spent three days at Aviva’s Croydon office, getting an insight into how the company splits its staff. First, I was introduced to the regional IFA sales team and their support staff, then I spent two days with Aviva’s consultants out of the office. So far I’ve been given lots of information from some very knowledgeable people with discussions ranging from pensions reform to the uses of wraps.  But it was great to meet some actual IFAs and see how the theory translated to the reality.
