Summer is upon us and many people are making plans for the holidays. It's also the start of the wedding season, and a number of people in my team are planning to tie the knot this summer.

This got me thinking about the importance of knowing something about the personal plans of the people in my team, not least so that I congratulate the right people at the right time! Are you aware of the changes taking place in your clients' circumstances? Knowing about the changing circumstances of your clients could be vital in helping you to keep in touch with them and ensuring you are giving them the most appropriate and best possible advice, taking the changes in their lives into account.
