A change as good as a rest?

Is too much of a good thing really a bad thing? Will a change really do you good? Or is a change really as good as a rest?

Personally, I'd welcome the chance to test the latter and reacquaint myself with the word rest. But as with all good clichés, I imagine the proof can only be found in the pudding! Usually when anyone in the pensions arena- myself included- gets on their soapbox, the word of the day is change, or better still innovation. Even before Obama mania kicked in, and certainly for as long as I can remember, the pensions industry has been rife with new initiatives aimed at closing the burgeoning savings gap.
