From an industry perspective it was frightening to read the headlines coming out of the research conducted by the British Heart Foundation.

The main headline is fairly stark showing that only 38% of people would be motivated to do more exercise if their life depended on it. Is it really that people don’t care about their health, or have they become overwhelmed by the sheer number of problems and issues that we’re all told can cause us to become sick or die? Looking at the papers over the last few days reveals more information about problems for everybody to worry about.
