Well if you have just returned from two weeks in the sun, the answer is likely to be "Not much. I had more than 200 emails waiting for me".

However, while most of us cannot remember how we communicated before the age of email, the one thing that is hard to argue against is that, if used properly, email is a vital marketing and communications tool for every business. So if you are not already using email to strengthen client relations and drive up customer service the question has to be why not?
