As I began to write this blog I wondered how many advisers found and read my last blog - the answer to which is 41 ( but it has gone up since - ed ) - so in case you are not one of the 41 that read my last blog, it was about the effective use of e-mail.

And if you were one of the original ‘e-mail 41’, welcome back. For everyone else, you missed a fantastic introduction to the use of e-mails! However, it’s still not too late. Of course, any activity that you undertake in business, such as sending e-mails, needs to be assessed and measured so that you can learn valuable lessons, improve, and grow.
