IFA consolidator Absolute Financial Group (Absolute) has acquired Platinum Independent Financial Services based in Sale, Greater Manchester.
The firm, backed by Tatton Asset Management and Inflexion Private Equity, said this acquisition stems from long standing relationships between its management team and Platinum, and marks "rapid expansion" in the region. This latest buy follows four acquisitions by Absolute in the region in May this year and further bolsters its North West hub.
