Top ten recommended adviser platforms of H1 2026 revealed

Aviva retains top spot while Scottish Widows sees biggest improvement

Aviva has retained its top spot as the most recommended adviser platform in H1 2026 while Scottish Widows Platform has climbed three places, according to Defaqto Engage analysis.

Quilter also retained its position at second place with a similar level of market share to 2025.  Once again, Defaqto Engage data showed a substantial gap between the two top listed platforms and the rest of the market, with Fidelity taking third place followed by AJ Bell. Scottish Widows platform saw the most improvement, placing fifth, moving up three positions in the ranking. Fundment Platform entered the top ten taking the tenth spot.
