St James's Place inflows down as firm adapts strategy

St James’s Place (SJP) reported net inflows of £2.7bn in H1 2026, down from £3.8bn at this point last year.

Gross inflows were flat, remaining at £10.5bn, but funds under management grew to a record £240.8bn from £220bn at the end of 2025. Adjusted profit after tax totalled £224.4m, a decrease from the £235.8m in H1 2025. Adviser and client numbers both grew, now at 4,951 and 1,064,000 respectively (up from 4,934 and 1,037,000).
