Tavistock and Titan settle legal battle

Tavistock Investments (Tavistock) and Titan Wealth Services (Titan) have agreed to settle legal proceedings that centred on a failed ten-year strategic partnership agreement.

Terms of the settlement are confidential and include claims and counterclaims relating to the parties, their group companies, affiliates and directors, Tavistock stated in a stock exchange update this afternoon (22 July). Titan confirmed that terms had been agreed when approached by PA. Titan had accused Tavistock of breaching a share purchase agreement and of conspiracy to injure it, including through alleged orchestrated redemptions aimed at damaging its funds, claims which Tavistock denied.
