Acquires Glasgow-based Phoenix Wealth Solutions

Perspective Financial Group has acquired Phoenix Wealth Solutions, marking its first acquisition in Scotland.

Based in Johnstone, Glasgow, Phoenix Wealth Solutions delivers independent financial advice to individuals, families and business owners. The acquisition extends Perspective's presence across the UK and establishes a platform for future growth in Scotland, the firm said. Phoenix Wealth Solutions will continue to operate with its existing team, "ensuring continuity for clients while having access to the resources, technology, specialist expertise and long-term succession support available through the Perspective Group".
