EV promotes Chet Velani to CEO

EV has promoted managing director Chet Velani to CEO as the business looks to expand.

Velani has been with the financial planning and customer engagement technology provider for more than 18 years, after joining as a graduate in 2008. He has held a range of positions at the business across actuarial, sales, marketing, product and executive management. Most recently, he was managing director. The business said Velani had been central to its growth, adding the firm now supports more than a quarter of the UK adviser market with its financial planning technology.
