Vast majority of advisers say generating more leads 'vital' this year

Research finds lead generation difficult

Generating more leads is “vital” to more than 90% of advisers, according to research, however almost 65% said the process is difficult for them at present.

Statistics from the Wealthy Advisers Club showed 91.7% of advisers believe generating more leads is essential this year. The protection and mortgage adviser training community surveyed 114 advisers for its research in June. Some 64.7% of advisers also said lead generation is either very difficult or somewhat difficult for their business. The study also found lead generation quality was mixed. Some 57.2% said the leads they generate are either quite good or very good, while 42.9% still rated lead quality as only OK or poor. The Wealthy Advisers Club founder Terry Blackburn said: "It...
